We are now doing a special from now until the end of February that if you refer a friend to live at Campus Park at The Ridge and are present while they sign a lease we will give you $100 off your August rent! If you have any questions give us a call or stop by and see us in the office!

Residents, future residents, and everyone alike we have many things coming up over the next few weeks! The most recent event we are doing is FREE FOOD FRIDAY this Friday from 3 pm to 5pm at the clubhouse! We are supplying some free food for everyone who stops by and explain all the new changes coming to Campus Park at The Ridge and also take tours of the newly renovated model! This will go on every other Friday from now on until August. Friday night we are also doing our Deal or Big Deal for the first 40 residents who renewed that is from 3pm to 5pm as well! Then the Monday before Valentines Day February 13, we are doing another night of food and drinks! For this night residents and new residents, if you get friends to come out and sign a lease we will take $10 off your August 2012 rent. There is no limit on how many friends you can get to sign so be sure to spread the word! Prospects who haven’t yet signed a lease if you come in and sign a lease and talk your friends in to signing a lease we’ll extend the $10 off offer to you! On February 24th our beloved Mountaineers take on Marquette at 9pm we are going to be handing out some free gear to all the fans there so be on the look out for us! Stay tuned for more updates!

Renovation Updates!

Hey everyone we’re getting into the swing of the semester and we hope everyone is doing great so far! We have A LOT of changes here at The Ridge with just a few being the updates of the model, clubhouse, and our long awaited HIGH SPEED INTERNET! Unfortunately the computer lab and fitness center are closed until further notice However once they open back up we know you’ll be satisfied with the results! Here are pictures of the new office colors and a screen shot of the internet speed here in the office! The floors will be redone next and pictures to follow! 

New Year, New Ridge!

Hey everyone! Hopefully you stopped by and saw us at the housing fair because it was a great success. We are still waiting on the drawing for the iPad but we will keep everyone updated. The model is finished being renovated and soon we will have finished pictures. It’s a great time to stop in for a tour, see the new model, and be entered for a chance to win FREE RENT FOR A YEAR! What sweetens the deal is if you sign a lease here at Campus Park at The Ridge we will give you 10 MORE CHANCES to win! We are still open even though the office is under construction! We are updating it so you can enjoy some pretty cool additions like a second tanning bed, a new Mac computer lab and a new fitness center! For you current residents enjoy the NEW HIGH SPEED INTERNET! Don’t forget to resign with us and you’ll be able to enjoy all these great things as well!
